On February 6, Vice Chairman of Hanoi’s People Committee Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc received Chairman of Asian Federation of Advertising Association (AFAA) during his working visit to Vietnam from February 2-6.

In the meeting, Mr. Vinit expressed his happiness for Vietnam will host the 28^th Asian Advertising Congress (AdAsia 2013). AdAsia is held every two years by AFAA in its member countries to develop Asian advertising sector in a more modern and professional manner.  The event has a special meaning which is to promote trade, tourism and investment in Vietnam, and help Vietnam integrate intensively to the world. During this working visit, the delegation of AFAA came to investigate locations and examine the preparation for the congress.

On behalf of Hanoi’s leaders, Vice Chairman Ngoc warmly welcomed the delegation and informed them the city’s significant socio-economic achievements over the years. She appreciated the role of enterprises, namely AFAA on being a bridge to promote and bring Vietnam’s image closer to international friends, and contributing to the socio-economic development process. She affirmed to create all favourable conditions for the success of the congress, aiming to tighten the relations of Asian countries for development, peace and stability in the region.
