In celebration of the 25th anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea, the Embassy of Republic of Korea in Vietnam and the Korean Cultural Centre co-organise ‘JK CHAMBER ORCHESTRA – Concert with Jewel of Korea (JK)’. It would be open at 19 pm on Saturday February 18th, 2017 at the Concert Hall, National Musical Academy of Vietnam.
JK Chamber Orchestra is South Korea’s leading string orchestra comprising world-ranking instrumentalists who are lecturers, professors and members of major orchestras and professional chamber instrumentalists as well.
The orchestra is conducted by violinist Joseph Eui-Myung Kim, lecturer at Musical Faculty, Hanyang University, who used to be the conductor of such orchestras as New Orleans, New Jersey and KBS.
On the occasion of its 10th birthday in this year, the orchestra intends to disseminate the classical music to the public in South Korea by means of its musical evenings at various locations. JK relies on music to approach its audience and bring happiness to all people.
Complimentary tickets for ‘JK CHAMBER ORCHESTRA – Concert with Jewel of Korea (JK)’ is released totally free of fee. Having free tickets at the Korean Cultural Centre, the audience would come to the Concert Hall of the National Musical Academy in exchange for official entrance tickets ahead of the opening time.
